Pathogenetic role of fetuin-A in formation of metabolic disorders and systemic inflammation in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Non‑alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) remains the leading nosology among hepatic diseases around world. Its complex pathogenesis is not still clearly understood. Besides metabolic changes one of potential mechanisms NAFLD development in hepatokines, fetuin‑A particular, secretion and metabolism.
 Objective — to determine role progression NAFLD.
 Materials methods. The study enrolled 78 patients with disorders 30 volunteers as a control group. Additionally routine examination serum concentration was determined. Statistical processing carried out using SPSS 21.
 Results. results showed statistically significant increase concentrations concomitant MS (p < 0.05). There direct correlation between levels parameters abdominal (WC WHR, p 0.05) visceral obesity (VAT %, Concentrations were higher polymorbid patients, especially combination type 2 diabetes mellitus obesity.
